Creating a checkin where patients know what to expect | 2023
Our goal was get more patients to convert to using mobile checkin by providing them with clear expectations during each part of the check in process. ​
Giving patients a clear way to add complex allergies | 2023
Allergies unique to each person. Our goal was to create a simple allergy form fit for all allergies. Patients would complete this form prior to their visit to maximize the time they spent with a provider.
Creating inclusivity in the patient intake process | 2023
My team and I won design of the year with a form that established trust by allowing patients to communicate how they wanted to be addressed prior to a visit as well as select any concerns they had. 
Strategizing an engaging sports physical form | 2023
To increase the likelihood of patients maximizing their time with a health care provider, I explored and presented design strategies that enabled an efficient and engaging 32 question sports physical form.
